Our existing starting prices remain R1,500 for a Single Page Website, R3,500 for Business Starter with up to 5 pages, and R5,000 for an Ultimate Business Website. Online stores start at R8,500. The final price depends on the agreed scope; domains, hosting and third-party charges are separate unless your quote includes them.

A business website presents your services and helps people contact you. A web app lets people complete a task in a browser, such as making a booking or managing information. A custom business system connects your own workflows, users and data. We can help choose the smallest useful starting point.

A focused Web App / PWA starts at R7,500, a Mobile App MVP at R25,000, and a Custom Business System at R15,000. These are entry estimates for the listed scope. Features, integrations, data migration and platform requirements determine your written quote.

Yes. We first review the technology, permissions, current issues and business requirements. Database Design & Setup starts at R4,500 and a focused API Integration & Automation starts at R3,500. Complex migrations or inherited systems need a separate assessment and scope.

They are quoted separately unless explicitly included in your written quote. Hosting, cloud databases, domains, app-store accounts, platform subscriptions, SMS or email services, and payment-provider fees can create recurring or usage-based costs. We identify these before you approve the project.

Payment milestones and due dates are agreed in writing before work starts. Instalment arrangements may be discussed, but require a separate written agreement with the full terms and any applicable charges. A website estimate does not approve credit or create a payment agreement.

Timing depends on features, content, approvals, integrations and third-party processes. We agree a delivery plan after reviewing your brief. Mobile app-store review and external account approvals are controlled by those providers.

Yes. We can integrate a suitable payment provider, including Paystack where appropriate, for stores and custom applications. Provider approval, supported payment methods, transaction charges and account ownership are confirmed during scoping. This website itself does not collect card or bank details.

Search rankings, indexing, traffic and AI citations cannot be guaranteed. We improve the foundations: useful visible content, crawlable pages, mobile performance, relevant structured data and consistent business details. An llms.txt guide is optional documentation; Google does not use it as a ranking signal.

Business Starter and Ultimate Business Website projects include 30-day post-launch technical support for the agreed build. Ongoing Website Care starts at R450 per month and Software Care at R1,500 per month. Support hours, included work, backups and response expectations are confirmed in your quote or maintenance agreement.
