01 / Website information and project agreements
This website introduces Van Zyl Developers and its services. Content, calculators and starting prices are for planning and do not create a binding project agreement. A written quote and accepted project terms define the work, deliverables, responsibilities and acceptance process. These terms were updated on 2 November 2026.
02 / Pricing and estimates
Prices are in South African rand and are starting estimates for the stated entry scope. Calculator totals are indicative, and combining services can require a revised scope rather than a simple sum. The written quote confirms the total and any applicable taxes. Domain registration, hosting, cloud usage, app-store accounts, subscriptions, payment-provider charges and other external costs are separate unless expressly included.
03 / Payments and changes
Payment milestones, due dates and handover arrangements are agreed in the written quote. Instalment arrangements require a separate written agreement with the full terms and any applicable charges; no credit is approved by using this website. Extra features, content changes or changes to an accepted scope may alter the price and schedule and must be agreed before additional work proceeds.
04 / Your content and access
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely approvals, and material you have permission to use. Share production credentials only through an agreed secure channel. You remain responsible for your own business policies, regulated activity, product claims and lawful use of any delivered system. Requirements involving personal data, payments or regulated services must be identified during discovery.
05 / External platforms and delivery
Services may depend on hosting, payment providers, APIs, app stores, domains and other independent platforms. Their fees, availability, approvals, restrictions and future changes are outside Van Zyl Developers' control. Delivery dates and dependencies are agreed for the individual project. App-store submission does not guarantee approval.
06 / Support and intellectual property
Included support covers the agreed build and period specified in your quote. Ongoing care, backups, incident response, new features and any service-level commitments require a defined agreement. Ownership, source-code handover and licensing are recorded in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, imagery and client-provided assets remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
07 / Search visibility and business results
SEO and structured data help search engines understand public content, but indexing, rankings, traffic, leads and AI citations cannot be guaranteed. An llms.txt file is a reference guide, not a ranking or inclusion guarantee. Branding and business-planning services do not guarantee procurement, financing, tender awards or commercial results.
08 / Portfolio and external sites
Project links show selected work and lead to sites operated by their respective owners. Their current content, availability and services can change after handover. Project names and logos identify their respective owners and do not imply those businesses endorse every service offered here. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
09 / Responsible use and your rights
Do not attempt to disrupt this site, misuse enquiry forms, submit unlawful material or access systems without permission. Website information is general and may be updated; contact us to confirm details relevant to your decision.
